Warranty

IAP Air Products hereby warrants the design, construction, and material free from defects in the material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from date of shipment.  The sole obligation will be limited to the repair or replacement, without charge, of any defective parts.  The dealer or end customer will be responsible for installing parts without payment of incurred labor charges to IAP Air Products.  IAP Air Products cannot be held responsible for any further damages, contingent, liabilities, or consequential damage of any nature whatsoever.

All warranty claims must be submitted to IAP Air Products within ten (10) working days of discovery of defect.  No attempts shall be made by any unauthorized third parties to make any repairs during the warranty period without prior consent from IAP Air Products or its Dealers.

IAP Air Products shall not, under any circumstances, be held liable for any injury to persons or property resulting from improper installation, operation, misapplication, neglect, modification, repair, heat, or maintenance of its products by its customers or any third parties.

The above stated limited warranty is given expressly in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a specific purpose, and constitutes the only warranty made by IAP Air Products.

If you are instructed to return a unit for service or replacement, please:

1. Request a RMA (Return-Merchandise-Authorization) number.
2. Use the original or an equivalent packaging, prepay shipping charges at your own expense to the address provided by IAP Air Products, with the RMA number on the shipping label or the packaging.
3. Include all of the original parts and components.
   

IAP Air Products will inspect, assess and advise the repairs needed and applicable cost, if any. For products under warranty, we will pay to ship the repaired or replaced product(s) to you if you use an address within the Contiguous United States. Otherwise, we will ship the product(s) to you at your own expense.
